The store seem to have mislead you. I suggest buy Z30 online, you will get good price on Amazon, with with Bill and warranty too.

It's far better than Z3 & Galaxy S3 ... morez30 and leap have almost same spect and prize tag, but launch date z30-2013 and leap-2015, I visited BB retail shop BELGAUM(KARNATAKA) he said z30 officially closed handset only leap available. reply please...
