It will not upgrade the default applications which cannot be removed eats up the space in the ROM. The second problem is even if you down graded the OS its not possible to upgrade to the latest OS as well. I tried that too.....the best option you have is sell the phone move up to the new BB Leap or Z30

Please help me I want to update my blackberry z3 OS to 10:3 but it tells me that there is no enough memory dellete some other items. I have delleted all delleteable applications to free up the space. But it keeps on telling the same story pliz help me

You need to enter into the 3G option alone,even if you enter into 2G and 3G option, it will take only 2G as its input.So try and let me know

Any sugge... moreI cannot hear my phone ringing because my mute key cannot be adjusted and is forever on. When I receive call the mute sign appears and have tried to adjust the mute key but with no success.
