Download the OS update on WiFi Network. But, I strongly recommend you dont download the 10.3.1 its not good!

Fir BlackBerry update 10.3. On ur pc... Open BlackBerry link.. backup ur phone then reload ur device, easy and fast...

Two queries:
(1) Does this handset play 1080p (full-HD) movies smoothly without frame drop or jerk?
(2). Is there an option to manually set the network to 2G only (GSM) or 3G only (WCDMA)? This second feature is not critical..but just wanted to know as it is available on both Android and windows phone
