I had the same issue, you just need to create a backup and then security wipe the phone. Then you will be able to update the os

Let me know if it works like this.

It really worked for me and I am njoying 10.3 update having amazon appstore(specially).

AnonD-363211, 25 Feb 2015just wait for next software update guys. bb must fix the problem of software size. so your z3 ... moreYou can update to 10.3, download Sachesi to your pc and then delete all files from your BB with this application. Use BB Link to install update. Turn off the phone (hold the power off for 10 seconds), then connect the usb cable to pc and start BB Link from your computer. It will apears a notification to proceed the update.
