I bought my z3 ever since I got it it always freezes and the screen goes blue and then it restarts anyone knows what the problem might be because im thinking of giving it back and buy mysrlf a other phone

I am using Blackberry Z3 since last six months . Facing lot of problems with this model.
1. At battery remains 70 % then my phone automatic switched off again and again. I was hanover my phone to service center two times but still problem not solve. I suggest to peoples please try another phone .
2. Phone does not have android so, we can't install lot of applications.
