The decision is entirely up to you but here's just my suggestion...buy from store...it's much benefited and up till now i didn't heard any single complain from people who bought from the store. The rest is up to you my friend :-)

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2014should i buy this mobile....pss reply me....Don't buy it, pls. It's the worst smart phone I've laid my hands on.I regret buying it. Many of the applications including Evernote are paid for. The handset also hangs unnecessarily. It is also slow in reaponse. Go for something better. But if u want to use it just for typing on document, it is superb. Other than this, the handset is a total fallout of what the smart phones should be like.

It is good that you ... moreHi ramesh, I never use z3 for video call, games and video streaming, just using for official mails, my device is getting heat when I talk more than 10 mins, and hangs when I get call while charging phone, I have very strong signals, with in one month of purchasing, I visited service centre two times, answered no problem in device, will you buy a phone which is not useful for video calls, streaming, and Internet for 16 thousand Indian rupees?
It seems to be like all these devices will be fixed only after the warranty period expires, bcoz then only service centre people can accept bb defects for money.

This is a very nice phone. i am using last 3 month there is no issue. BBZ3 phone is a best blackberry phone at this price range. I am very satisfied with my mobile.

Please do not buy this mobile through online /shop any where if ur buying this mobile u have made big mistake in choosing a mobile
disadvantages:
over heating
frequent call dropping
very very poor camera performance in nights using even flash light
battery fall up suddenly to 10 %
does not support most of the essentail android apps
even thought if u download from mobo genie
i had even gave the mobile to BBC service center no use
after that i had complained to BBC online no use
weight is high so that u cant continue long calls with out hands free
ADVANTAGES :
good camera clarity in day
other than that ZERO 0000000000000000000
