I got my BlackBerry Z3 2days ago and I must say it's such an amazing phone. I don't care much for phones with high camera mp as I already have a digital camera so I was looking for a phone dat suits my everyday need and it was just perfect for me. not to mention the fact that it supports android apps it's more than amazing. To those people complaining about overheating how to u expect a phone not to heat up wen u over work it.

I thought this phone is the worst phone ever according to the negative comments here and I opted for Z30 but when I got to the store they did not have it in stock. I bought Z3 and to my surprise it's working fine and easy to use it didn't even take 2 days of getting used to. I am not experiencing any of the problems mentioned here, I sometimes wonder where have they bought the phone to have such bad experience of it, ay!

kindly check what version OS are you using. my z3 is configured with 10.2.1.3054. I am not facing an issues at all, even in 3g , a full days charge is enough. configure the z3 perfectly, reduced lockout time to max 15secs, and brighness to medium level. its an excellent phone, i am very happy i got this handset, been using for 3 months.

Comparing to blackberry Z3 note 3 neo is much better which has 2 gb ram, quad core processor, 16 GB inbuilt etc as compare to blackberry samsung note 3 neo is much better.

I am planning to buy this phone. when i asked abt the phone heating problem, they tell me that there is no such complaint. they tell me that maybe the online purchased mobiles can be as such. showroom models no complaint. This is going to be my first smart phone usage. So, people who purchased in showrooms reply me. Else, help me out with a good mobile for price under Rs.20,000. My next option is microsoft lumia or sony xperia. pls. help me.

Awesome phone, feels great... Just BlackBerry need to make good apps as free instead of paid, and need to work on some apps like FB etc more to make it more enhanced and improved user experience!!!

I bought this phone with 130euro on BF. The phone is luxurious as design and feeling. But the camera is not so good, the interior pictures are too bad, battery is also bad, less than 10 hours, with wifi activated and 5 mail accounts configurated, and... it is heating so much.
Conclusion: don't buy this phone!
Unfortunately, i will give back to the store. This is the beautiful phone i've had, but the specifications and experience not so good.

Battery is very poor. Hardly it works for 2 hours. I am in a soup now as to why i purchased this model from Amazon. Beware dont buy this product if not you will also repent like me.
