Does the 4G require a specific network type. Some users of this phone in some countries get 4G but am in Ghana and I don't please help explain this to me.
This is the worst cell phone I have ever owned! My screen went completely black, posted a long string of reboot stuff, and would not recharge. I was stuck at the airport Christmas Eve with no cell phone to call my daughter to come and pick me up. After several hours on the charger, the home screen came on. Constantly freezing on "reboot" black screen...totally horrible phone!
Anonymous, 05 Oct 2015You need data to receive pictures. I had the same problem.I have 4g and it still won't open pictures or video's it keeps saying "unable to download"
What size SIM card do I order for it? Apparently, I've ordered the wrong one from straight talk.
My screen is locked. I can't reboot it because it is in Asian or some type of language of asian. I don't know where to move the cursor to reboot my phone. I need it for medical purposes. Help me please! Thank you.
I have a Blu Advance 4.0 phone. When I make calls it doesn't ring on my end. I just get silence. So I have no idea if the call is going through or not. I've searched the phone to see if something is muted but can find nothing. Is there a setting that I need to change in order to hear a call is ringing through ring?

I am still not conversant with all of the icons and uses of this computer. Put out a manual of instructions! For example: I didn't know that my cell phone number would automatically change after 60 days. You need to get this problem sorted ASAP; it's so aggravating not knowing how things work.
actually that 2G doesn't indicate that it is the only capacity of the phone. it is actually area dependent where the phone was used if the are has a 4G coverage.

Ever sin... moreI have had that problem with different phones in the past, but it came down to I was using a MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) which includes Net10, SmartTalk and others like that. Using a MNO (Mobile Network Operator) such as AT&T or T-Mobile will make 3G default band technology. Unfortunately it's the provider rather than the phone. Discount wireless providers take second string to the major wireless providers.
Anonymous, 27 Feb 2015My phone is suck at the blu logo, can't go off unless I remove the battery. Can u plz help me?i have the same exact problem!
will somebody help us!?
This phone is a fraud. they said it has 4G capacity even when it doesn't even get 3G. Ever since I've gotten it, it's been stuck to 2G. Guess that's the only thing it can run. The manufacturer of this phone should be sued really.
My phone will not rebote I try everything and nothing is working what can I do
Today out of nowhere, my Blu Advance 4.0 L will not register either SIM card. I powered down, removed and replaced them, wedged a piece of paper in between to make sure the connection was secure, but nothing worked. I have had the phone only a month. Any suggestions?
