gelly, 30 Nov 2015hi, i just got a new blu advance 4.0 L, it was great till i powered it off...now it wont powe... moreany answers or figure out why cause mine is froze on the bold like us screen witch is the second screen to pop up. i bought a new battery and charged it still the same screen and that is it.

my phone wont go off the bold like us screen, the second screen to pop up. Ordered a new battery let it charge up and same thing. Any pointers before I throw this 2 month old phone away?

the molding of the phone suits me but it freezes in its processing

I can't get the music player to work. I have music loaded on the SD card but it just keeps scrolling through all the music when I try to play and nothing happens.

There is a very small tab at the bottom left corner of sim 1, push that straight down and a tray with sim 2 in it should slide out.

Ive had phone for one day and now my receiver don't work. other party can hear me but I have no sound. Anybody know reason for it. thought maybe I accidently pushed a button on a setting.

OK, got this this rooted via KingRoot.apk from XDA Developers, ONLY use this exploit, others have malware in it.
Installed sys/app/mover and deleted a bunch of the bloatware.
I'm having problems with sim unlocking, anyone know an exploit for this, mine's locked to 7-11 SpeakOut Wireless
