How on earth do you remove SIM 2 from the slot? SIM 1 is easy, but the second one is so jammed in there and I can't get it out!
I have a blu dash 5.5 and I had it for about 4 months my screen has been flickering then I deleted apps but it still said I have insufficient space so I went to my file management and cleared it and it deleted my photos and I need those back

When I first got the phone I had put in my headphones and the sound was not very pleasing to me. I have tried many headphones for this phone and every pair has ended up with a trip to the trash can. I hope you can find away to fix the problem because I don't want to be in the store because I have to buy a new pair of headphones.
There is a message keep coming up on my screen saying : Internal storage is running out, the application has been stopped. please free up some space and try again... I free up all the space on the device and the message keep coming up

I got my dash 5.5 last month and my screen just started flickering this month in march . ... moreI fixed my blue studio 5.5 from the screen flickering problem.It's not the phone its the Android 4.2 operating system.Google problems with Android 4.2 and it will walk u through the steps. It fixed my phone.
I have a blu dash and its stupid it dont have any space on it i only download one app it has short battary life i can go on and on

I got my dash 5.5 last month and my screen just started flickering this month in march . I haven't dropped it or nothing . at first I thought it was my game but I deleted , and it still does it . I like my blu also but it seems like every week there is a problem and I have to take it in to get looked at . I am really starting to get mad , and I don't even own it , I am renting to own from showplace .
How does one store more than one number to a contact with a BLU dash 5.0+?

It seems to be getting more often. Now I am worried. I actually love this phone, and if it turns out to be a dud I will be so upset. Also it says 4 g phone, but 3 g on my top bar? Any help would be awesome!

Got a BLU Dash 5.5 just today. I have just one AT&T SIM card in it in slot 1. It does not show connected while my old Motorola phone has 4G coverage here. When I try to dial a call it says I need to take it out of airplane mode but it is not in airplane mode. Any ideas?
Bought a dash5.5aug 21 had it until sept 13,then it stopped getting service, always has a network.error,called metro pcs they tried everything 2 different tech support personal, 3 different SIM cards and now it's October 20 and still no help,blu support and their warranty are no good I was given the run around every time I call,they put me on hold for 29.5 min then when someone came on the phone they hung up on me, then called back and I was on hold for 35.6 min then they told me to fax the receipt for the phone but gave me the wrong fax number, this company is really bad I'm trying to find the number of the better business bureau, because I'm paying for a phone bill from metro pcs and I haven't even had a phone for a monthDONT BUY A BLU CELL PHONE
