my Blu can only access 2G network even when they is 3G&4G option I turn it on put but it switches off my network help me pls

This is the cheapest, crappiest phone I've ever used. Bare-bones RAM & storage space, 3 whole sensors, NO LTE support AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THE BOX SAYS LTE, 3G only, and no support to download ANYTHING without buying an SD card AND fighting consta...
