My husband bought this phone 2 weeks ago and sent to me. The phone has refused to come on despite the fact that I charged for more than 6 hours....am really frustrated right now cos I am not residing in the country where it was purchased. How can one buys a new phone and unable even on it?

I've been using blu energy x plus for over a month now and honestly its far most the best I've seen and the first i've ever used. Never tried any other, didn't want or like any other blu, besides this. It's a good phone for those who don't expect anything much like me for one. I need the basics and that's it, anything more and i'd use a computer. Its a phone, not a computer mind you, so if it lags, if the data drops or be it any other reason, it just may not be the phone, could be the users. For its price, its not bad at all! Thumbs up , energy x plus

Excelente Phone for the price you pay, everything Works ok after a year of use. It is not the Best but works for me.
