Great phone so far, only problem I'm finding is that I do not receive photos or mutiple text. Any one have a fix? Thanks!

I have doubt about the phone. I just bought it a few weeks ago and at the moment it is working quite good but i noticed a problem on the phone and it is with the 3.5mm jack. When i use the headphones or a 3.5mm jack to connect the phone to an external speakers it doesn't work properly. The phone speakers still sounding but there's no audio output. Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix it? I need support.

I got the energy x plus a few hours ago, everything was ok, but I didnt notice that the rotating screen feature was not working properly, when ever y try to switch from one side to another, or try to take landscape pictures it just rotate for one of both sides, any help?? any idea of what to do??? this is very annoying and Iam close to break this piece of crapp

I imported this phone to Australia. I should have known what to expect by buying a cheap phone. It worked fine for a month then the antenna completely stopped picking up the cellular network. I tried different sim cards and nothing has worked.
I tried factory reset and still I have the same problem. I must have gotten a faulty product.
Also it will cost me an arm and leg to send it back to Blu that is even if they are willing to accept it back. Then I'm sure I would have to pay to receive it back.
This phone will go in the trash and I will just buy a more expensive known brand since they most likely won't be faulty.

So I got this phone in November and I'm trying to see if someone can help me figure out how to use snap chat on this phone. Like I have to double tap on someones name on snap chat then turn my phone sideways just so I can try to get it to send. Is there anyway to make the three buttons on the bottom to like disappear while I'm on snap chat? If someone could get back to me that would be thankful!

I bought the Blue Studio a bit of a old version. I've had it for 1 and a half years since last week. It has been soaking wet dropped stepped on and eaten on. I passed it to a friend to use. So far my review of it is excellent. I listen to music 99% of the time while longboarding works for days without dieing got rid of my Ipod. It's has a massive lasting battery life. Good for the people who don't have charges ever haha. I'm basic when it comes to phones all I need is a nice looking playable music and easy access to calling phone. This fulfills all my needs. My tablet is used for games of course. #BestBuyEver
I'm currently going to be using a Blu Energy X Plus. My expectations are the same music and easy calling and a nice looking durable phone. I'm sure I'll be very impressed.

I went ahead and fixed your crappy V14 patch, it now updates V10 and V11 to V14 correctly without bricking the phone.

Got my blu energy x plus about 2 months now and it freeze alot. when u call one person u cant call another u afto wait for awhile before u can call
