Anonymous, 27 Apr 2016It happens with other phones too, that doesn't mean that the files are necessarily incompatible.take out your micro sd memory connect it to the pc, format it to fat 32 and then re-install it on the phone, then in storage setting leave it as the preferred storage option or principal, and then try to copy out the videos, good luck

Anonymous, 10 Apr 2016Every time I try to copy video to my phone from my pc it says that the .3gp and .mp4 formats c... moreon windows always receive this message, the OS identifies the smartphone like old mp3 players with support some formats do not listen to the message and pass your videos, you will not have problems to play on your phone, I recommend a player with support for more 100 different video formats is wondershare.

Every time I try to copy video to my phone from my pc it says that the .3gp and .mp4 formats can't be copied because they're not supported by the phone. Anybody know the exact specifications of media formats this phone needs?

Use SP Flash Tools to install it, also use MTK Droid Tool to backup your NVRAM.
