i used BLU life Pure for a very long time and it's a good quality phone with a capacity of 32gb but dosn't support certain apps and also having a network problem.

Very disappointed when I discovered the phone didn't really have 32gb of storage. I don't know how they got away with false advertisement like that. Really only has about 6gb of free space, which is not a lot. The rest is not usuable.

I bought this phone in 2014 (black)
it was a great phone everyone loved it said it looks like an iphone
haven't had any problems until my memory was low
how could that be I have 32gb storage !!!!
stueps I was upset
only to find out that the 32 gb was shared between internal storage and phone storage
I had lots of space in my phone storage
what was full was the internal storage ( which had least amount storage )
the only apps on my phone at the time was Facebook, amazon, yahoo mail, whats app and waze!
I had to delete the amazon, waze and whats app to free up some space
now I have to use the factory installed whats app on the phone
other than that phone works great !!!!

It continues to black out then i have to wait for it to die then i can charge it and use it again. I dont like this and was wondering if this was happening to anyone else??

had this phone for 6 months have no problems with it. the camera rocks. tried other phones keep using my blu life pure. speaker is loud and clear cant find any problems

I've had sound issues from the beginning. I plug in the jack to my car sterio and it cuts out. I make a call and the sound cuts out. I set alarms for work it cuts out. I even trued soundabout and eventually it cuts out. Wtf is going on please someone help. I'm about to return it unless someone has an answer for me. I really like everything else about the phone. But mostley use it for music.
