I purchased this phone and at first I was amazed by the design of the device. Perfect size, looks that are better than the iPhone 5C.
But then when you start using the device...it could not identify my operators parent company and gives me roaming warnings every time I call someone. Absurd!
Also: it should support the bands for 3G but it doesn't. Internet speed is around 10kB/s.
The skin used by BLU cripples your device. Some weird iPhone style user-interface while the menu looks like Gingerbread and features have been stripped away. It runs android 4.2 yet I cannot acces my notifications from the lock-screen FFS.
To top it all off the system settings keep being reset all the time and it starts to do weird stuff in your pocked like launch the music player or other apps.
Don't expect any help from their support either. It doesn't exist. Just one person to tell you a factory reset will solve all your issues.

very dissappointed bought the phone September on 30th and discovered after purchasing the camera dosen't work . Went back o the company I bought it from and they told me they cannot do anything I have to contact the agent. What a shame. I heard persons saying the the Blue is the worse phone that ever came out. Don't purchase it you will regret. No satisfaction at all oh what a shame. save your money and buy yourself an Ipone you wont regret it.Sorry I did not think like that.

My battery is dying rapidly all of a sudden my brightness is low, timeout is quick and I have 2 apps open. It charges within ten minutes but dies within an hour. How can I resolve this?

loved the phone, got it in March. No cases were apparently available. Broke it by April, but no one can figure out how to fix it at various repair shops. No youtube videos even out on how to get it open to replace the digitizer. Pretty disappointed that although it's my fault for breaking it, I can't get it fixed!

Great device for the price. Actually, great device period. (No notification light for those asking). Fantastic display, color, viewing angles. Unreal battery life; beats anything I've had before by far. Never had it freeze, runs very fast.

Anonymous, 09 Jun 2014does this phone have voice mail and if so how do I get it to work ?When you want to check your voicemail just go to contacts and press no. 1 and an operator will give you options what to do. Hope this helps.

does anyone like this phone? I just bought one and I`m not very happy with it. after I loaded my contacts in it, the apps started shaking and the phone started to vibrate off and on.
