Very good phone, i think this is the best Blu phone overall. Is it or not that this phone has a built in battery?

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2015i have searching for the blu pure xl on amazon and ebay nothing is avaibleBLU advised on their Facebook page that the phone itself is assembled and ready, but the quick charger (9v) unit has been delayed -- and that delays release.
Were hoping this issue is resolved very soon.

I think that gionee´s market is stronger than tha BLU market because blu isn´t available at amazon.com so that means to me that is a great phone but BLU si getting left behind since they are really awful with customer service, you cannot contact them and if they answer is like waiting to see if there is gonna be a gosth busters 2 movie coming on, so In my case I can say that blu has a great smartphone and feature phone offer but that is it all, no way to real time speak to them about any issue, order or concern, so blu you better hurry up, you are not going any way with that useless customer service you have, even if you launch a 8Gb RAM device, you still being really lazy with the customers!

Blu Pure XL is an excellent mobile but service center is not available in india (Gujarat/vadodara).... 1 more requirement in mobile 4GB Ram and 13MP Camera Front side with dual led flash.. Which time u will launch ur service center in india(gujarat/vadodara).. I want 801 PPI... If u launch this type of mobile then sony xperia 5 premium dual market is down.. so please launch fast this type of mobile..If u launch this type of mobile i will gifted my Gf (Manpreet).

This is a true flagship killer..it can kill even Oneplus 2..the only issue is its availability coz they said it will be available on Amazon.com starting 29 sept but nothing so far

Guys, three questions:
a) are blu always this awful with communications? I had sent them questions through email and twitter regarding this phone and haven't heard back a thing (good marketing eh?)
b) This phones specs indicate that they are missing band5 (850 Mhz) for 4G and this is one of the AT&T bands. Knowing, that the previous version of the phone did not support ATT 4G at all it's quite an omission.
c) can blu phones be rooted? or they are not as popular and the developers don't bother? I know blu won't release many updates for the phone's OS as a rule.
