I got this phone about three weeks ago and now it starts to malfunction I think. Please help me, every time I try to access my apps it close right back and go to the home screen saying unfortunately the particular app I tried to access has stoped. I tried reseting it and reinstalling all my apps back work for a short period of time and then back to saying the same thing.I'm confused I can't do anything with my phone, its like my air, I need it.
so I got this phone in September and its been amazing and ive loved it until this morning.it died so I put it on the charger and now it turns on and receives everything but the screen is completely blank.like wtf?it works but I have NO SCREEN VIEW.how freeking weird is that???im so sad:(
My phone was purchased in the States and taken to me in j.A it had always worked fine since the last couple a days it is only going on E and works very slow my internet that is, and it use to always be on H+ and worked fast..... What can I do to fix this problem please its important I have my data working up to speed as it use to.

I've had the Blu Studio since March, & it's always worked perfectly fine. My service provider is Straight Talk,the other night I went & put more minutes on the phone. Now it won't come on, it goes to the BLU screen & won't go past it. I don't know how to fix it. I've taken the battery out multiple times; tried everything I know. Please if someone knows how to fix this issue, let me know. Thanks in advance!(:

Perform a hard reset on the phone. Heads up though, doing a hard reset will delete all data that are saved in the internal memory of the phone. Hard reset is the most effective way in resolving your issue.
