I love my blu phone but cannot get it to send or receive a picture message. I'm using straight talk and they say they've done all they can. Can anyone help with settings for this?

i just bought my blu 5.0 ii 2 weeks now,and woke up yesterday and everything on my phone was giving trouble to access,can't answer calls even though the phone is ringing can't make calls screen seems to be boothing up but stalls for a good while then comes on incomplete 3/4 of the page on the screen appearsthen it starts to booth up the other things that were previously pressed.what to do carry it back???

I just got this phone on Friday. I've always had IPhones for the past 5 years but didn't want to pay the price any longer & came across this model. I'm using a AT&T str8 talk 4g sim card and so far so good.
Just taking getting used to the android keyboard but satisfied with purchase.

I puchased this phone and, overall, am very happy with it. The low screen resolution is not as bad as I had feared. But I do have an issue with its ability to deal with a weak signal. I live in a fringe area (rural), and I cannot get any kind of decent signal there (T-Mobile). If I fire up my Samsung Exhibit II 4g, I have no problem at all with signal, so I know it is definitely the phone. I wish that Blu would understand that not everyone lives in the city and provide a phone with the sort of receptor that will accommodate a weak signal. If you live in a fringe area and do not have a strong signal, I suggest you consider a different phone.

Can u give a hint on what to do about the speaker on my phoneOthers say when I am talking on it That they have a hard time understanding it sounds like I'm talking through a hollow tube too much feedback even with the volume low The speaker isn't clear Does it have a equalizer or some type of adjustment for the talking part

bq, 18 Apr 2014how can i use songs on my memory card as ringtone and message tonecopy the song from on your memory card, and paste it to the phone's internal memory "ringtone file" and then you will be able to access the ringtone to use it.
steps:
1. go to the file manager on the phone
2.go into sd card and choose song
3.hold down the song file until u see the option to copy it(usually an icon looking like two pages). select
4.go back twice till u see the screen with the sd card and the phone storage.
5. scroll down till you see the ringtone file. go into it and . at the bottom of the screen you will see the option to paste. do so
6. go into settings and audio settings and u will scroll till you see the specific ringtone you pasted.
7. THERE YOU GO :) HOPE THIS WAS USEFUL.

You can get a screenshot by pressing the volume down and power at the same time.
