I want to get this fone but I want to know can u take the back off and get to the battery and such.... I had the blu pure life and I went to total shit would light up nothing. And I was not able to open the back... And I dnt want a fone like that again... Anyone.. thank u

until now im very satisfied (1 month with). good camera, good battery life, good screen sensitivity and image quality.
without considerable complains.

The problem i am having is that the phone only charge when it is turn off. It would charge when it is turn on.
BlU support team email me these procedures and not work:
Remove the battery and reinsert the battery
2. With the device powered off, press and hold down the volume down button + volume up button + power button
3. Press the volume up button to enter the recovery mode
4. Use volume down button to highlight “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” and select with Menu button (left of home button)
5. Use volume down button to highlight “Yes” by pressing the Menu button (left of home button)
6. Highlight “Reboot System Now” and select by pressing down the Menu button (left of home button)

i have a complent on my blu 5.5 studio love the phone but come to download apps it say that i dont have insufficient space on the device went and brought a 36mb and it say it dont have space i only have 10 apps on the device then i go to application error it says unfortunately app has stop what could i do ( i love my phone dont want to give it up )

guelo 5.5s , 14 Oct 2014You gave to be rooted to move them to the SD!To open the metal tap for the SD card you have to push it up to unlock it then drop the card in. Close the metal tap and slide it down to lock it.

Getting the two year plane at Walmart.. You have the phone cover. If anything goes wrong.. Buy the phone at Walmart Web site.. Gave me the option to purchase the two year care plan for $32

Then go to settings and on storage. You have two options phone storage and SD card. Click on SD card. Now everything you download goes to SD card not phone memory. Even all the pictures you take too
