I have had this phone less than a year and I am beginning to strongly dislike it. The screen dims and brightens on its own, and has for months. Within the past three weeks it started randomly vibrating on its own like an old washing machine. Then it interrupts whatever I'm doing on it with a screenful of supposedly open apps. About the only thing that stops it is removing the battery. If Blu has tech support, they don't make a point of advertising it. It seems they're just interested in cashing in on selling a phone without providing customer support. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

I have had my blue studio 5.5 for 2 yrs and I love it..had no major problems. I just need to recalabrate my key board and don't know how? So if anyone knows how please let me know

I ordered the blue studio 5.5 s on Walmart.com and I am using it with no problem with and at&t sim. I am getting HSPA plus with good signal and good speed. I am only using sim card #2 I did not tried sim one slot.

I bought the phone to use with Straight talk and got the new sim card for phone opted to get it for Att everything on the phone works great except the 2g. the only time it will go on line is when it is near wifi.

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2014I bought the blu studio 5.5s with 4gig but when I really check the memory it's saying 2gig. ... moreSorry don't know much about the phone but if it's 4gb internal memory then yes you would only be able to use 2gb as other 2 is in use by the OS. and that's true for any phone.

Yea. I had to reboot the phone whenever this happen. I tried sending pics thru whatsapp and it wasn't going thru, but when I reboot it helped. Also since I downloaded two apps (antivirus and nq booster) the problem has vanished.

great feel but only has 2GB of memory not 4GB which is a draw back for me mine was bought on amazon
