Ugeneius, 14 Jun 2014I am also looking for a case.. cannot find oneGo to ebay and look up 2 in one scillicone case for blu studio 5.5s and you should find one for no more than $10 but there is only 2 cases for this phone on ebay that aren't flipcases.

OK OK OK !!! I have definitive answers to my issues. I spoke to a service rep at goblu.com.
#1. The micro SD card slot: Do not force it open. There are two arrows stamped into the SD card slot cover. The arrow on top points to the right. The arrow on the bottom points to the left. To open the cover push gently and slide to the right, then swing up from left to right. Notice the tap slots on the sides of the SD card slot cover. If you force it open these tab slots will bend downward and the cover will not secure in the down and locked position with the pressure of the spring loaded contacts for the SD card pushing up on it. Once open then place the SD card in position and close the cover. Swing it back down like closing a trap door. Then push down slightly and slide the cover to the left. That inserts the tab slots on the top and bottom sides back under their stops and will hold the cover down, if they aren't bent. It only takes a few hundredths of an inch of bend to cause them not to secure, the thickness of a human head hair. If bent and it won't stay down then very very carefully, very carefully coax them back into proper position and repeat the procedure until it closes and stays closed. Very carefully. That can not be stressed too much. It takes very little pressure to force the cover open and even less pressure on the tabs to bend them back into proper position.
#2. As far as not being able to move apps to the SD card, the rep said that not all apps can be moved.

Had the phone for a few days now. So far so good pretty much. Only one problem. I can't move the apps to the SD card. I put a 32 GB micro SD card in it It's in there right, the slot is molded to the shape of the card, it recessed as far as it will go, but the metal clip won't stay shut, take your finger off the metal clip and it pops up. It will not stay shut. Every time I take the back cover off the SD card falls out. I tried calling the Blu folks but was on hold for a half hour and gave up. My question is this, how do you transfer apps to the SD card??? I tap the menu, go to manage apps, tap the apps, they open, but the dialogue box that says move to SD card is not highlighted on any of them and therefore can't be selected. Am I doing something wrong or what??? Exactly how is it done???

I have had this phone for just over a month now. So far, I have no complaints. It has worked perfectly. I got this after my son got another BLU phone and it lasted over two weeks, which he's only ever had two phones do that. His is still going strong, so must be a good product! We had such good performance with ours, that my youngest son now has a BLU phone, too.

I have had my 5.5s for two weeks. I would not advise anyone to buy this phone. I can't upload or download pictures. The e-mail is messed up. Called tech support. What a joke!! He Could barely speak english. When he couldn't figure it out, he had me do a ""Master Reset". I lost most of my stuff. IF you want a nice phone that works don't buy this one.

I dropped it and broke glass at top awhile ago but now the bottom of touch screen will not respond! Is there hope for this phone?
