Can't believe I did an update and now it's not recognizing my sim! Like honestly Blu needs to fix this problem ASAP! So no one else has to go through this BS.

I am having the same issue. I installed an update about 3 days ago. First the update wouldn't install for the past week. So after it kept popping up then finally did I installed it. My phone was fine. I needed to send something from my fiancee email account, so instead of me logging in on a computer I added his gmail to my phone, being lazy, then when I went to remove the gmail account back off, I couldn't. I checked the settings, under the gmail app, there was no option. So being that its a new phone for me, 2 weeks old, I just just did a factory reset. Went to log back in my gmail account, then got the message "can't establish reliable connection to server" So looking at everyone having the same issue, they need to hurry and fix this. I hate answering calls and don't know who is calling, and I miss my games smh
My fifth call to Blu. Now they're saying next week for update. Two days ago they said this week. Don't know how Blu can make it up to all their disgruntled customers. I feel sorry for the phone reps but the Blu admin has not handled this well.
I was able to load some apps back on my phone using APK Downloader. Some apps wouldn't load, but most of the important ones did! Here's the youtube link until BLU gets it's act together:
Why does it take so long to be fully charged? 4 hours?? Any app available to reduce the charging time?
My mms won't work. I've installed recent update. Reset settings. Nothing is working. Please help.
Just got off the phone with Customer Service - my 4th call in 7 days. The rep is stating that the software team will have an update within the week. We'll see if that happens and if it works. I don't have too much confidence in their team. Also got two email requests to do a survey for Blu Products in response to my previous calls. Two weeks ago they would have gotten a pretty decent review. Now - not so much - my first and last Blu phone purchase.

I did the update and from then it does not recognize my Sim card. Did a factory reset, the cards came but now I'm unable to access Google play store. Also I can't sign in to any thing at all. It keeps saying can't establish a reliable connection to server.

The way it was before I had google services but had no other service, not even 911. I'm going to try the "star hash tag and numbers thing" that someone else tried before calling the manufacturer again. I'll keep posting to what is working or not.

I went to my server on line and logged into my account. I found there "How to Update Data settings. Tried it but made changes I shouldn't have. Did a soft reboot for phone service again. Printed off my information, now the next step is to call Blu back again with this information.

I contacted blu again and was told I needed to contact my server for my APN's or my access point names. I did this by going on line to my server's website, logging in and accessing my account. I went to updating Data Settings and found what I needed. I tried to change the settings myself but I'm not sure of what everything means to make sure I was doing it absolutely correct. I made a hard copy of my settings and have done a soft reboot of my phone because once I tried again I had no phone service. So now I will call Blu again and see how they can help me next
