How do I stop my messages from popping up at top the screen. Everybody has to see what people saying to me I need it gone
I wish I had come here first. I too tried to download the update unsuccessfully four times before calling the manufacturer. I did with their help get the update loaded into my phone. I had received a message that if it was not completed within the next 24 hrs my entire phone would be unusable. I appreciate all the useful tips everyone is giving each other, I'm going to read all the latest posts and see if I can get mine working again. I was wondering by deleting google before I do a hard reset that I might be able to reinstall and it work.
I had the same problem. I called Blu customer service and they told me that my final resort was to do a hard reset. I did that and now I can't set up anything on Google.
Luckily I found something on you tube. Dial *#*#4636#*#* then click on phone information. Scroll down and turn radio off. Wait a minute and turn radio on. Then reboot your phone. It worked for me. Unfortunately, I wish I had found this out before I did a hard reset. Good luck.
I'm having the same problem but I did the update days ago my phone was working fine up until about an hour ago now it says SIM card is off and I push the button to turn it on and it won't what can I do to fix it

I have the same problem. I update my Blu 6.0 HD but after that my phone cant recognize the sim card. somebody know how many days gonna take to fix that? Does the company pronunciated about this error?

Did the something they sent me a new Sim card and when I put that in my phone still didn't work..so I called customer service and they told me to do a factory reset I did that and I lost almost everything can't get on Google or anything they said they are working on the problem I hope so because all I can do is make calls and text....ANYBODY ELSE PLEASE DONT DO THE UPDATES BECAUSE IT WILL FUCK UP YOUR PHONE NO HARM.....
phone freeze to damn much for no reason, i am never ever buying a blu trash phone ever again and will not recommend it to anyone stay away from this company they phones are trash !!

Same problem here after update last night. Just got off the phone with Customer Service for the 2nd time today. Both times I was 17th caller waiting in line for Support. I think this update was corrupted and they're inundated with calls. I've rebooted twice and it finds my WiFi network but can't connect. Customer Service "helpfully" told me they have escalated my service call and will assure me the problem will be resolved within 30 days. Ha...I'm not putting up with that. No more BLU phones for me.
