I just got this phone today it work for 10 minutes and the stop accepting my sim card I tried for about an hour and then give up f**king crap phone worst decision I ever made waste my money....people please do not make the same mistake I do....read de reviews I would never purchase another blu phone
I was at a family gathering and a relative had this phone. I fell in love with the size and screen quality. I immediately looked to see if AT&T offered it. I then began down the google path. LUCKY ME. I have yet to see a GOOD review. So I will stick with my Samsung Note 5
I have a blue studio7.0 that was working OK the camera sucks,the date and time changes on its own all the time,now I had to reset it every other day,now suddenly my phone was low battery I put it on the charger ,powered it on and my phone is froze and wouldn't go off the main blue screen what can I do?

I am having trouble with my SIM card not fitting down in the slot. I am trying fit it on Straight Talk. Can Someone tell me what I can do with this 7.0 Blu phone
I just purchased the Blu Studio 7.0 yesterday and if it doesn't work can I send it back for a full refund of my money? Or do I need to counsel my order now and request my money back! Peaches

I needed a bigger phone because I do a lot on the internet and needed more viewing room. I purchase this phone because of a straighttalk rep. I cracked the screen about a month ago. I tried to find a replacement screen but I could not so I had to purchase another phone. The new phone (different version) has a dual sim card and mine does not fit it. I finally found a place that sold screens. So I purchased a replacement screen. Now I am trying to replace the screen and it is not that easy. I love this phone but my frustration is making me want to throw it in the trash like the rest of the viewer. Come on BLU Products! Bigger phone bigger problems!!
You may have to buy a new sim card. I had to buy the multi size sim card pack for straight talk at Walmart for $60 twice.the first time the phone couldn't read the sim card the second time I bought it the large at&t sim card worked. Now my Studio 7.0 11 works perfectly. I love my phone!

I always thought of BLU as an up and coming company, so much so that I was really excited when I was informed that the BLU studio 7.0 phone was released, so what did I do, like any other techy that would love to support them, I took my hard earned money, which by the way I worked very hard for, and threw it away on a brand new BLU studio 7.0, two and a half months later home panel bottons sometimes work in portrait mode and sometimes the screen has invisible fingers all over it, to put it simply, the phone either comes with more bugs than a bed full of bedbugs, or it comes with an imbeded Trojan or two; BLU I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU: I am already aware that the BLU studio 7.0 HD, and the BLU studio 7.0 HD ||, are out, and I'm not even sure that I'm willing to spend my hard earned money on your products, I expect that to sell a device like this for so little, sacrifices must be made, but, this is utterly ridiculous, I might decide to spend money on your products in the future, but in the mean time you should do the right thing and recall the BLU studio 7.0 or, create the necessary patches in an attempt to fix the unit and furthermore, if you have any company contacts, you should start sending them with your devices because it's difficult for the average person to get in touch with your company, until then, see ya! wouldn wanna be ya!

I purchased the blue studio 7.0 back in June of thus yearThis device worked fine upon until Augusta.During the night it will power off,because of this the alarm I set for wor never goes off.I am so dissapointed, I've contact the warranty department over a month ago,still no reply.I feel like I wasted my hard earned money!!!!!
