FLightDOc, 04 Oct 2012For crying out loud! GSMarena when are doing a review?Unfortunately I don't think a review is coming. BLU isn't a well known brand and this phone isn't a much hyped one. They never moved past a hands on with the Studio 5.3 (and I think it was a big deal they acknowledged that phone) but never a full on review.

I'm pretty sure it can removed...and even if it can't, we can just GO Launcher that phone. Considering BLU doesn't exactly have a proper OS of its own, we'll be using alternates anyway.
It does look pretty slick, though.

O dear, what is that hideous time/date font in the background? Please tell me it can be removed. Otherwise it seems like a fluid phone. The only thing that bugs me is that it doens;t have Gorilla Glass but hopefully it's some high quality scratch resistant material. Camera seems decent too but I need actual samples. Same goes for video. Both of these were glaring weaknesses of BLU previous 'flagship' the Studio 5.3. It's design also reminds me alot of the Optimus 2X. Not a bad thing at all.

Anonymous, 02 Oct 2012Both will work fine in India. Who told u that D910a will not work here ? D910a will work on 2g network not only in india, but across the universe. Yet, 3g network will not work internationally except in north america due to limited 3g band, 850 and 1900 only. Double check the hsdpa band used by local network carriers in your country make sure that their frequencies include 850 or 1900 mhz. Otherwise, you will need the D910i model to work on 3g network globally. You're welcome to use the gprs (turtle speed) on both models.

D910a 3G may not be work in india. India using 2100mhz freq.....2G may work in international

Again, it's not in English, it's a bit longer, but mostly focuses on the unboxing and a bit of UI and camera.
I can't wait for GSMArena to do a full review on this phone. I'm really considering getting it.

This ^ is the only hands-on video I could find about BLU Vivo. It's not in English but at least it'll give you some idea about what the phone actually looks like. Also, the guy benchmarked it in the video, so enjoy
