blu, 30 Sep 2012How come you only posted the bad review, there is another review at amazon, describing the gre... moreNeither of these "reviews" are hands on from end users. They are merely speculating opinions base on the advertised specifications from the phone (sound like advertising). One thing is the claimed specifications from the manufacturer and another is real performance. That is why I keep waiting for real reviews, before I buy. Someone I hope soon will post a real review. Negri electronics selling it for $234 already went into backorder. This phone is becoming the unicorn that every one talks about, but no one has seen one.

atul292, 27 Sep 2012stop sending out misleading information How do u know D910A WILL OR WILL NOT WORK IN INDIA ?It's a quad-band GSM phone, and 3G. A and I will work in India on GSM (2G). For 3G support you need the I. I like in India. Not A, like in American. Got it?
A will work, just on GSM. That's for voice. For data, it will support GPRS and EDGE. It's much slower than 3G, it's like 120 kbps. That's Kilo bits per second... not mega bits. If you get the I version, it support UMTS and HSDPA. It is unclear what category device it is, but I would guess something like 1.8 mbps download speed on 3G.

Clearer?

There seems to be a problem with the microphone. Everyone complains that they do not hear me well. Or is there something I do not know how to adjust?

atul292, 27 Sep 2012Dear friend I am very confused as to which vesion of blu vivo will work in India 910a or 91... moreYou need model D910i for your country to work on 3g network (900/2100) freq. The D910a currently available all over is for north american version (3g 850/1900), and can be used with at&t and t-mobile network carriers. However, the 2g network can always be used anywhere in the world either the D910a or D910i models.

atul292, 27 Sep 2012Dear friend I am very confused as to which vesion of blu vivo will work in India 910a or 91... moreI believe the HSPDA works on the UMTS frequency bands. For India see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UMTS_networks

Airtel India 2100
Aircel India 2100
Vodafone India 2100
Idea India 2100
BSNL Mobile India 2100
MTNL DOLPHIN India 2100
Reliance Communications India 2100
Tata DoCoMo India 2100

So it seems that d910i is your friend.

Where are BLU mobile phones made?
The manufacturer is a company from Miami, they manufactured BLU brand in the same factories where LG , Motorola is made in China, overall Blu phones are top quality compared to cheap Chinese brands...
Tango was their first android based phone
