It used to work just fine and the battery life is very long. I only have this phone for less than 3 months now. One day, I charged this phone with a powerbank but still got drained. Now it's no longer charging. I bought a new Type C cord for I thought it is only a cable issue but it not. No led light flashing. Should I order a new battery pack but since I am in the Philippines, there is no service center here. What a waste.

I have use it 3 days but when someone send a video on whatsap or Bluetooth after watching it at the spot u can't watch it again when u open the video they will write "can't play this video" and also after sending image to someone on whatsap the image becomes blur why

I have this phone (VIVO V5) for less than a month and in the early first week I've noticed that it can slowly catch mobile signal in any sim card i have (smart, globe & sun cellular). It became burden for me cause i have many transactions thru text and calls. Did anyone here have the same problem like mine??
PadiGol, 25 Oct 2016 i Bought in April and now have the same problem!!! Have my phone for 5 months now lately this started happening. Whenever it dies on me i plug it in to charge but the screen is just blank. Tried turning it on , and it says POWER IS LOW . after leaving it to charge it came on after a few hours. then this happened again and now it's never coming on again.

ive had this phone since it came available.....January 2016......this is by far the best phone I've ever had. it uses 2 sim cards or one sim card and one sd card...but not all three at once. for $200 bucks its best money spent. if it broke today i would be in a better situation than paying $800 and buyiny insurance on a competitors phone. Im still waiting on the other manufacturers to come up with a phone good enough to make me want to upgrade.

I love this phone so far. I've had it for like 2 weeks now. Today I went to go use my camera and there is like a purple tint to my pictures. It wasn't like this last night. My front facing camera works perfectly. Is there an easy fix to the problem. I feel like it may have been something I accidentally pressed that's making it like that. Has this happened to someone?
I bought this unlocked phone from Amazon several months ago and am using it on T-Mobile without any problems. I will be switching my main number over from Sprint as soon as my contract is up. I will buy another as a backup simply because the price is reasonable and makes insurance a waste of money. This is a GREAT product. Price to performance is perfect for me. I highly recommend it (and do, to family and friends). I'm tired of completely over-priced mobile devices. If BLU keeps this up, I will be a customer for life. I tried devices from both the Windows and Android product line (Android Vivo 5 for this review). I have been completely satisfied with both. I prefer the Andriod OS over the mobile windows version, though. Purely subjective as I am just a casual user and do not consider myself a "Power User." I am a professional IT administrator and use many remote access (cloud storage services), WiFi, and VPN features. I find more of the apps I need for everyday use in Google Apps...Simple. Very little customization needed for my needs. Phone and data quality of service on T-Mobile have been excellent. As always YMMV...
