ive had this phone since it came available.....January 2016......this is by far the best phone I've ever had. it uses 2 sim cards or one sim card and one sd card...but not all three at once. for $200 bucks its best money spent. if it broke today i would be in a better situation than paying $800 and buyiny insurance on a competitors phone. Im still waiting on the other manufacturers to come up with a phone good enough to make me want to upgrade.

they just make me reset everything on the phone and after a month trying to solving the issue still is not working.
I love this phone so far. I've had it for like 2 weeks now. Today I went to go use my camera and there is like a purple tint to my pictures. It wasn't like this last night. My front facing camera works perfectly. Is there an easy fix to the problem. I feel like it may have been something I accidentally pressed that's making it like that. Has this happened to someone?
I bought this unlocked phone from Amazon several months ago and am using it on T-Mobile without any problems. I will be switching my main number over from Sprint as soon as my contract is up. I will buy another as a backup simply because the price is reasonable and makes insurance a waste of money. This is a GREAT product. Price to performance is perfect for me. I highly recommend it (and do, to family and friends). I'm tired of completely over-priced mobile devices. If BLU keeps this up, I will be a customer for life. I tried devices from both the Windows and Android product line (Android Vivo 5 for this review). I have been completely satisfied with both. I prefer the Andriod OS over the mobile windows version, though. Purely subjective as I am just a casual user and do not consider myself a "Power User." I am a professional IT administrator and use many remote access (cloud storage services), WiFi, and VPN features. I find more of the apps I need for everyday use in Google Apps...Simple. Very little customization needed for my needs. Phone and data quality of service on T-Mobile have been excellent. As always YMMV...

I bought this phone last 2 weeks ago but why there is no internet connection in STC or Al Jawal?
Had blu vivo 5 for about 5 months, worked perfectly. Today plugged in to charge, nothing. Won't charge. The green led light on the front is not flashing. Anyone else having this issue?

Best phone I've ever had. Battery holds for 2 days easy. I dont have to carry a charging cable around with me. Pictures with camera and very sharp and clear( if yours are not try removing the protective tape covering the lens for shipping or whipping off fingerprints). Connects with Bluetooth& Wi-Fi seamlessly . It uses the 64 bit processor and does have gorilla glass 3..with a metal body. When talking on the phone the sound is much easier to hear then my 4s was. The display is beautiful with precise color definition. Cell signal is always strong and never dropped a call. A added benefit is that it is a very professional /attractive phone in appearance. Good-by Apple ;-)
Only one problem is that finger print sensor is not there in this phone.If it is there i will deffinetely buy this phone

Tear down Android phones because you can. Well, I think this review sucks and Iphones too. They still charge way more than others and I will not get a phone that forces a micro sd card adapter to buy and use the card. Sorry, never liked Apple for the over priced products.
Well, Apple killed my 4s with updates so I was forced to get a new phone, after much research and watching reviews, the Vivo 5 looked like a great option but I wouldn't recommend it for two reasons.
1) The resolution. Games, videos, and apps all look pixelated, coming from a retina display (on a smaller screen 4s) this resolution makes this phone look like a toy. I tried so hard to look past this but its a constant obnoxious reminder that I own a budget phone.
2)The camera. Absolute garbage, cannot make it any simpler than that. It's really depressing that I have to take pictures with my 4s. Horribly blurry pictures and a high degree of tearing in videos make this camera unusable.
"Ok, Google" is very limited in function compared to Siri and highly unreliable on this phone. The battery doesn't last very long (I get about 3 hours of use), and unless you download Soundabout, your mic will be muted when the audiojack is plugged in because it thinks you're using a headset (software issue). Add to that that BLU its STILL not upgrading this to 6.0 Marshmallow and you have a very disappointing experience. Yeah the cores and ram and memory are all great but for the price of this phone I expected more, an older G3 would serve you better.
