Today morning i got an update from microsoft for VOLTE support ..... now i can also make calls with jio network .... After the update the network symbol shows HD for my 4g network .... Call quality is too gud .... Video call also supported ....

Go for Airtel 4G or Idea 4G, they work with this phone.

Raj goa, 04 Mar 2017Sir how is performance of phone n batter yThe battery performance is good but remember to go for the Nillkin 2A charger instead of the Remax charger sold by Amazon.
The Remax charger is not only slow, it causes surface charging issue of the battery and is detrimental for battery life.

Anonymous, 18 Feb 2017does it support Jio please helpOnly data is supported on Jio, you can't make calls with it on Jio SIM.
If you buy this phone then better go for Airtel 4G. Both 4G data as well as calls work on Airtel 4G.

Vicky , 06 Jan 2017Yeah I same problem blu win hd ltE I one time reset my phone and Working good battery pack up... moreis your battery level decreasing on charging then power off your phone, remove your back cover and press and hold button (between power and volume down) for approx 60 sec. the release and restart.

The BLU WIN mobile charging is going loss very soon. Now, i am using Using Windows 10 upgrade OS and don't have proper Customer service center. I am confusing

I am from India. There is no customer service available now. I gave my device on 29th March, 2016 at service center. But till date no response from company. Service center is not working now. I contact American e-mail but they told me to contact Indian service center. Where should I go? Have I lost my device to the company? How one can trust any new brand. If someone has solution, please help me. Thanks
