I have bought BLU WIN HD LTE in October 2015, and it stopped working in November 2015. I took it to the service center, they have provided me a ticket number, but they have no clue what to do --they said the battery has to be replaced, now they say that the software needs to be updated. SERVICE IS PATHETIC! PLEASE DO NOT BUY! I have lost my money. I could provide more information including the service ticket id, if you want. Let me repeat, the phone looks good, but the AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC!

I'm excited to receive this phone. I inquired with Blu regarding the Windows 10 update, to see if I could get an estimated time frame. If I receive any information or updates, I'll let you guys know.

I've had the phone for a week and I find it to be a great phone. I moved from an iPhone 5 and after getting up to speed on Windows I prefer this phone over apple. Price point, dual sim and quality of screen are top points for me. On the down side the availability of apps is limited.

I contact to BLU customer care.they are told to me.as soon as possible on update windows 10.maybe update on jan31.
