When Microsoft completed the acquisition of Nokia's Devices & Services division last year, several devices including smartphones, smartwatches, as well tablets were reportedly cancelled. However, one of those devices - the Mercury tablet - has now showed up in a leaked render (shown below).

The render image was leaked by the usually reliable leakster @evleaks. From what can be seen, the tablet features a front as well as a rear camera, and also comes with what looks like a SIM card slot. Overall, the device looks more like a phone than a tablet.
Unfortunately, no other details including those related to the tablet's specifications were revealed in the leak.
I want a phone with a style of Surface. With gold windows logo in the back..
Nokia probably had to put a hold on a lot of what it was working on following the acquisition, and now that the lumia's have been launched they can start working on what they were doing before
Who the hell said this is a tablet?!
