It has very limited memory reserved for installing apps, only a fraction of the 4GB storage it is bundled with.
The camera offers manual ISO setting in its user interface, but the does not have any effect. In low light you get brurry photos easily, as automatic exposure sets shutter speed to something like 1/10 s.
My copy had issues in camera: center of image is reddish in some low light photos.

I had this phone for a month and sold it on.
I knew from reviews that this phone is no performer but I wasn't after features and fast performance. I wanted a solid phone that I can take everywhere and not worry much about it. For that I was willing to overlook many of it's shortcomings:
-pale screen that is very sensitive to viewing angle (like a 2008 macbook) thou its visibility on the sun was acceptable.
-bad earpiece voice quality. I had hard time understanding the person on the other side more often than with any other phone but eventually we understood each other.
-quirky volume rocker that wouldn't increase volume of earpiece unless I moved the phone away from the ear.
-loudspeaker with crappy sound quality and poor loudness. My waterproof Samsung B2710 bumbphone is louder. Still I missed only a call or two due to it's poor loudness.
-it can't be used with any kind of regular (non touchscreen) gloves.
-highest price I paid for a phone so far.
I was willing to get along with that believing that I won't have to worry about this phone when outdoor because its waterproof and drop proof. Except it's not.

Looking at the specs, this phone is an average Chinese rugged phone with CAT logo that more than doubles it's price.
I recommend avoiding it.
P.S.
I do like it's shape and size. It feels very secure in hand. Had it been at least half cheaper I might even consider keeping it

this phone kinda looks useless . when we have the latest phones for about 2600 dhs (im living in uae) , it rally makes me wonder why this phone costs about 5500 on souq.com !

I've had the B15 for six months & am pretty dissapointed with it. It broke in the first week, power button stopped working so I had to keep pulling the battery out & re inserting to use it. It took at least a month to get it sorted (they finally replaced it)
The power on button only works sometimes... you'd be surprised just how dammned frustrating that is.
The speaker is WAY too quiet! What kind of industrial environment is it supposed to be used in? a nice quiet libary or morgue?? I miss 70% of my incoming calls and the viberate function is feeble at best, you'd expect something like a jackhammer on a industrial phone used in noisy environments... no thought put into this by the designers. Battery life is good & I can live with it's other limitations as I was aware of them from reading reviews before buying but now I'm hoping someone will steal my phone or I can lose it just so I can go out & buy something decent again. Not impressed :(

I had this phone for a month and I wouldn't call it waterproof or shock proof. If the phone falls the battery cover can sometimes pop open!!! Very lame!
