Desk top dosn't acces this phone as a modem

It paired with my oticon hearing aid streamer but doesn't switch off it's own speaker & direct the call to streamer (which would then direct the call to my hearing aid. So wasted money.
(all this because microwaves from mobile phones interphere with hearing aids).
