solution for that is you format your device or you take it to your nearest coolpad service center

adarsh, 17 Dec 2015Hello,how is it now after two months of use,did it had heAting issue..after gamingI got coolpadnote3some weeks before and is working fine. No issues like heating or with camera. Fully satisfied with it. Only Problem that i am facing is that when it connect it to mmy pc i reads only photos. It doesn't read or play vedios. may be it driver problem. I do not know. Can some body advice me what to do. Thanks

Coolpad note 3 support 64 gb memory card. I am using it.
Initially I also got same problem that it couldn't use inserted sd card.
You need to format sd card using FAT 32 format.
I first formatted it to ntfs & then reformatted it to fat format.
It detected it. I have no problem with 64 gb sd card now. Myne is sandisk card
Hope it will clear the things.

Very bad product it does not support 64gb
memory card, recently i purchased SanDisk class
10 64gb memory card after inserting the phone it
does not support and stating that sd card is blank
or unsupported fylsy, but i inserting the memory
card in Samsung galaxy phone there is no problem the 64gb memory available in Samsung
galaxy phone, coolpad company cheated
customers stating that this coolpad note3
supports and expandable memory upto 64gb but
this phone does not support and also if we are
using telenor sim the internet data network of telenor will not be available i am very much
disappointed

some saying that heating is a great issue such that we can call it as hotpad instead of coolpad .....some says that even after a long gaming not much heat as of other mobiles......what can we conclude....which one is true......
