Today I received the CoolPad note3 from Amezon but I am not able to connect WiFi at my Home.Even I enter the UserId and Password however connection button is disable.Please suggest me how to connect WiFi.do you have any service centers within Hyderabad India.

mahantesh, 24 Nov 2015Worst mobile, battery draining very fast without any usage don't buy this phone.Mine is completely fine. With high usage it lasts around 12 hours and with no usage it lasts more than a day. I believe it's a problem with your device do it may be covered under warranty.

Cool padnote 3 is verygood phone just 5 days back i have purchased from amazon. Budget phone. All fecility is very good except audio quality. Ram 3 gp. Finger print scanner& processor speed excellently worked. I recommended to all. Rate is only 9k.

Hai I bought this phone 15 days before had problem in back side camera and fingerprint getting heat badly pls can any one tell me how to reduce it especially for gamming

Do this device allow usb on the go facility(otg) or it s a usb host or not.

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2015its in sound and vibration setting, then select "other sound"There is no option to silent our keypad whever o txt it keeps on vibrating and feels irritate pls gve me solution to this
