I am using note 3 light with jio sim with no issues just insert sim in tray 1 and install jio voice 4 g app it takes 7 to 8 days to install properly so be patient...and call in jio 4 g voice app

coolpad brand mobiles doesnot support jio 4g network..its capability very lower then other mobile brands
