It took 2 hours to charge at first 10 days but after that it is taking more than 4 hours to charge in both common and efficient mode what to do

i am using coolpad note 3 from october 2015 and i have never faced any kind of problem since september 28 2016, but now my jio sim is not working. I had put my sim in slot 1 after 2 to 3 days it shows apn as jionet but again wipeout in some hours and today is october 28 2016 still i am waiting for APN, i had mailed care@jio.com but they didn't replied yet.
if you have any idea to make my coolpad jio friendly then please share with me
