go to Setting>>More>>Celluler Netwark>>APN>>Hold Left Key for 2 Second >>Select New Apn>>Fill Detail Like Name>>jio4g, APN>>jionet, Authentication Type>> PAP, Bearer>>LTE Then save and restart your phone. Injoy jio 4G

Guys , I have seen most of the Coolpad users posting as follows
Though jio sim gets network , Could not connect to internet and Neither able to make outgoing calls nor receive incoming calls... Often at the bottom , It shows as Send data , then receive data and close channel for every 30 seconds..Same issue has been faced by me and now i got a suggestion to resolve the said issue
I am using Coolpad Note 3 Lite
Go to Settings->More->Cellular Networks->Access point Names
Edit APN as follows
Name : Loop punjab
APN : www
MCC : 405
MNC : 869
APN Type : default
APN Protocol : IPV4
APN Roaming protocol : IPV4
Create new APN as stated above and then try to connect data.. It worked for me...
Once connected , Download Jio4GVoice.. Configure your sim and register your number in that particular mobile and it takes few minutes to get registered and once done , You can make calls..
Note : You can make calls provided you have good signal showing as Jio 4G.. Sometimes we do see as Emergency calls.. At those times , Click Airplane mode and then off it and wait for Jio signal to get enabled.. Most of the times , It works and if not there is no signal for Jio in your area..

cellguru, 23 Sep 2016factory reset the phone & enjoy jio 4g networkI too found same issue in my mobile.. I am using Coolpad Note 3 Lite... I got my Jio sim.. But though it shows network , I could neither make outgoing calls nor receive incoming calls.. Data is also not getting connected.. But same sim works fine with other mobiles.. I know my mobile is compatible with 4G.. But how can i enable data as well as calls using jio sim.. Please do advice me if anyone has the solution..

Jio sim is working fine in my Coolpad Note 3 but the only problem is that i am unable to use my Airtel Sim Internet with jio sim in other sim slot.
is anyone there having the same issue?
