I brought this coolppad note 3 in jan 2016.only six months of using it,itt gets heated a lot.and now in September the inbuilt battery got swollen and the phone screen damaged

Symptom. Only few sec 4g is display. 10 to 20 sec. But 4g network is not work in jio sim
Solution: - you creat APN with your own, go to APN , long press. ⬛ button on LHS on your phone, long press ( new apn) is appear ,. Setting is name jionet, 2nd on is jionet mcc - as shown in u tube again long press to save ( APN) , save it, back jionet apn is creat, and your 4g net is in working position.

Apn show jionet if not then
Press ⬛ Lhs button, long press to creat new apn if you press again save option is appear

Hi I M also using Coolpad note 3 lite itzz very good phone in a good range,buy It ya there is problem in phone about battery draining charging so if u think about this problem then our MAD
Tell me Samsung like phone 25000&15000 phone they get heater Nd battery drain
U all just think u r telling heat problem is y coz it has fingerprint scanner Nd u all play game abut 1gb Nd u use 1-4 gb app at a time then the mobile is going to heat only......
So don't get irritated coz when u make something in our life u can do some mistake
So don't blame company our phone able yourself how u use phone it depends on u not on company......
So if u have still problem then go Nd buy Coolpadmax or Buy JSeroius Lenovo Etc
