I am using cool pad note 3 charger for my cool pad note 3 phone. Since two days its not charging properly. I put charge for 6-7 hours also it shows only 40% charged. 5th month I am using this phone. Help me please ... Why its happening so?

I have coolpad note3 ,purchased 5months back , display problem since 20 days back , had been took to service centre , the related person had said that the seal has been opened and will not be repaired in free warranty , i had not tool it to any other shop but he said seal is opened and has to pay for it ,problem is in mother board as he replied , now what to do just 5 months back i took it , whats the solution to solve the problem , plz reply anybody

Dear Sir,
I am unfortunately purchase your mobile phone coolpad Note 3, from the first day the phone was not working properly. I three time go to your service center then phone was started working but problem was not solved. Finally, your service center was deposited my phone for replace of mother board. on 20.09.2016.
Till date I have not received mobile phone. When I called him for when my phone is repaired, they told me that they has sent phone for replacement of motherboard to Delhi office. And it will came in next 10-15 days.
I called your company executive, they told me that your repair is pending and phone was not received to Delhi office.
What I do? If this type of services was received from your company, how will customer happy and how the customer can purchase your phone again and again.
Please find some solution and call me back. I have also mail to our head office but there is no reply.
