I am using coolpad note 3 since 3 month but automatically horizontal line appear on the screen.
I have try to backup my contacts in memory card but unable the option
i am using coolpad note 3 since six month,
lots of defacts found
1. battery issue. ur battery will only work fine for 3 months
2. heat problem. if u play game ur phone is gets heated soon
3. bad custmer care.
4. hanging issue. sometime
the mazor defect i found is battery issue.
I can't use mobile while charging, while I use it at the time charging Mobile's battery remains same and in display showing in a small straight line

Sorry, to say but i thing there is no option of restricting background data .for saving of mobile phone internet data.

I purchased coolpad note 3 lite but in this phone no aap is installed and no any aap download from play store. When I installed any app it says 'field to install' so my review is all thing is good except heating problem and software problem.
needs improvement in camera of cool pad note 3 over all standby and perfomence is good
I had purchased a Coolpad Dazen 1 mobile from Snapdeal.
The mobile was working fine till now and suddenly the network signal went off.
A factory reset of the phone was done and it did not rectify the problem.
It was taken to the service center for repair, (Shrishti Services) in Rajajinager,
Bangalore. They did not accept the mobile stating that the IMEI number was not being
displayed. I called customer care and was informed to write an email to the customer
service email ID to get my mobile serviced.
There is no reply from customer care email ID (email@example.com &
firstname.lastname@example.org) to any of my emails since a month.
They even do not provide SR nos for any of our emails.
The Contact center never provide details of the CSR person or email.
It is like connecting with a black hole.
The handset has never been dropped and has been carefully used.
There is not even a single scratch in the mobile.
The mobile is still under warranty and COOLPAD is not SERVICING IT.
I strongly suggest everyone NOT TO BUY A COOLPAD MOBILE.
YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SUPPORT later!
if your phone takes more time to charge than change your charger becz same prblm i also had face so change charger
