coolpad note 5 is the worst phone i have ever seen in my entire life.buying this phone is like taking Rs 11000 and burning it, it is the most slowest phone takes whole day to reboot.if you want your life to go smoothly and don't want any extra useless stress then don't buy this phone. it made my life slowly when i can do my job faster. the front end designer has no clue what he is upto. it made my life hell. plz don't trust affiliate marketer and any paid reviewers they are up after money . i know this is the cheapest phone but if you think you are an important person and value you time then this phone is not for you. Thank you coolpad note 5 designer to make my digital life like hell.

nice mobile . every mobile has its pros&cons so it also have it's.
pros:
1.1-2 GB ram is free based on load of apps
2. nice octa core processor giving amazing multitasking
3.5.5' display with good ppi
4.amazing build quality
cons:
1.over heating issue (39-46 C)
2.battery drain (low end user will get 1 day,medium user get ½ day,heavy user like me will get 6 hrs)
3.service center support is not bad but below avarage
4. no software updates up to now from purchased the mobile

Plz don't buy this phone it has only 2 authorized service center in Chennai they mostly won't cover free warranty to phones my phone (Coolpad note 3 plus ) has so many problem so I take it to the service center they simply said that 3 screws were changed in my phone but I never gave my phone to any service center they are cheating us

Coolpad is good. But service center fo not provide good service . I give my phone for ringer issue . And i submit my phone 22 jan anf they give my phone back in 1 month 12 days .very poor service
And my phone will be not open .

Coolpad note3 is worst phone. I am using it since one year. Lots of problems I am facing bettery is worst, heating problem, memory problem, hanging. I think I did a big mistake purchasing this phone.

Dont purchase any product of the coolpad becoz the service is so poor and the any type of accesories are not available in market anywhere even onlie..........
