I recently bought this product but after only 1 month of use the phones display had a red line over it. When I went to the service center and asked for the fault they replied that it is rare but a manufacturing fault. But due to the availability of warranty i got the job done free of cost.

i am using this phone since last 6 months and i am not satisfied with it’s operating system. Contacts can’t find duplicate, message when you open one and go back it will refresh 3-4 time which is irritating, calling also hangs so I can say most usable features are not good in this mobile so please don’t buy this.

I purchased Coolpad Note 3 through online (Amazon) in the month of Feb, 2016. Now i placed SD card of 64 GB, but it is not showing in the mobile. Can you tell me why it is not supporting. You said that expandable is 64 GB. Plz give me reply as early as possible.
