I recently purchased this mobile...but whenever I insert a sim it always shows no sim card..i hav tried using two sim cards bt still it shows the same...why is this happening???

I had recently purchased coolpad note 3 specs are very good but i am facing overheating at the front display i can't able to use morethan half an hour because it gets heat up too much during normal usage i had updated to v24 OTA upgrade but the problem is same. Friends do you know anyone how to fix this overheating problem

in 7000 it is phone which is better than any phone and heating problem can be issue but max heat i see in youtube is 39deg
