Im using coolpad note 3 plus, from 8/1/2017 is not getting charged, the problem is in cahrger, i bought this phone four months back, i haven't give any service untill now, can i give it to service? And may i know were it is in Tamil Nadu

When it reaches to 0 have to wait for hours and then insert my charger then it charges

I'm using coolped note 3,and facing a problem of dual sim networking,
I hv jio nd airtel sim, but if i select jio sim in celular data (settings>sim card management>celular data>jio) the other one {airtel sim} close automatically and network status changed into emergency call only,,
It also happen with jio when i choose airtel in celular data ..

Last wk my cool pad stopped launching apps on d screen.so even if i lord the apps i can't gain entry. Note Have to goto google n type d app n then gain access to it. I hav to restart phone everytime to use it. It takes upto 5mins to restart n sometimes with android.

I bought coolpad note 3 plus
It have battery problem
When i plug in charger it got 50% than not charging when i unplug the charger it s going low in just 15mins
This is very dumb phone i hate this

I have coolpade note3 lite n aftr some month It make sound absolutely cut off. No call no video no mp3 and i check hardware plus software but nothing problem with that, still no sound helpless and so senseless,,
