I bought a SanDisk Ultra MicroSDXC 64GB UHS-I Class 10 Memory Card for my coolpad note 3. It's not being read. The card is unsupported by the phone. I even tried formatting. The card is functioning properly on pc though. What should i do?

guys I just moved from mi note 2 to k3 note and now m using coolpad,I thing its the best buy ,u cant find even a single bug,3 gb ram is awesome,camera quality is very good and overall its the best phone at this price.

The phone is enough for all the purpose.but I am not getting enough battery backup according to it's 3000mah capacity.my device last only 17 hrs.is it possible to replace the phone now.I took it on 2015 Dec.anyone please help me.
