After 6 months from the date of purchase the phone is getting problem in mother board which costs 50 percent of the phone cost. Even we are having the warranty the service centers are not accepting the phone showing minor scratches on the phone body which is not at all related to mother board

Hi
Many times, when I am on a call, the other party suddenly stops hearing my voice (though I can hear them) and the call disconnects after a few seconds. Don't think it is due to network issues. It is becoming a major issues in a otherwise great phone. Is anyone else facing similar issue?
