Coolpad note 5 is worst mobile I seen ever, mobile camera on text is totally blur and WhatsApp not support properly.
Coolpad note 5 is nice phone
I never face any problem for 5 months
But battery is weak only about 3000 mah not 4010
But its better to use..

Which features are showen about this phone are totally fake, 13mp camera is not 13mp,it just 5,6mp. Direct USB not supported,if you will use your chip via card reader,than it works.... plz don't buy this mobile,if you will buy this,you will waste your money... I am cheated by coolpad company....

Its been almost 4 months now that I have been using CoolPad Note 5, this mobile is amazing and superb! No complaints No problems touchwood.
I have been extensively using it for all purposes like calling, internet access, video calling, browsing, hotspot, Bluetooth, camera for pics....absolutely no issues it functions very smooth and seamlessly...I recommend this phone to anyone whoever is interested to buy...pls go ahead and get the deal....
Cool pad note 5 is heavily hanging while browsing and listing songs and seeing the vedious.
1.The system is very slow.
2.When answer the I can't hear anythingat some times.
3.There is a mic problem heavily.
Anonymous, 28 Mar 2017Very late of broblam this phone system optimisation more times of phone and mobile hangVery very bad, internal problem heavy system very slow and over hang, customer service centre responsible very bad, our service very bad, mobile service centre not good, small mic problem service for 15 days, but after service mic totally not working. This mobile purchase after my mind totally affected. So everybody don't purchase for this mobile. Company side not single support for any small problem.
I had purchased a Coolpad Note 5 on 16th January 2017.
Within few days of purchase I started facing the following problems with the phone -
1. During a call I am not able to hear the other persons voice.
2. I am not able to receive the call by swiping.
3. If the phone is switched off and then re-started, multiple icons of the apps are created. The number of times the phone is switched off and then re-started, that many number of icons are created.
4. Call drop
Facing the above problems I visited the service centre at. They told that there is a problem with the mic and the touch screen and they will format and do a software update. They took about 10 days to repair the phone. I got the phone back and the very same day I started facing the same problems.
So I called the customer care (highly irresponsible) from the service centre itself and told them about the above issue and asked for a replacement or refund. However, they told me to give it back to the service centre and the the senior person on the line gave instructions to the engineer at the service centre. He also told me to mail the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and after mailing I got the following reply -
Apologized for inconvenience, As reference your email, We would like to request you please visit again at same service center and submit your handset for further resolution, We would also like to request you please share your handset complaint number after submit the handset."
Now, I have to spend Rs. 200 on travelling on every visit after already having spent Rs. 11,000 for the phone. Still I went to the service centre again they kept it for 10 days and now again the same problems are occuring.
There at the service centre I met another person with the same model and he was facing the problem of call drop.
I called the customer care they are saying we don't have policy of refund. At least I deserve a replacement and if not replacement I deserve a refund.
So beware do not purchase Coolpad Note 5 phone.
