Coolpad Android

Coolpad published an event on Facebook, teasing the launch of the Play 6 in India. With series of posts, the company will lead to the actual release of the phone. Once the event reaches its end date of August 20, the Coolpad Play 6 will start hitting the shelves.

The Coolpad Play 6 comes with a Snapdragon 653 chipset, putting it on par with the Oppo F3 Plus and ZTE nubia Z17 mini. One of the more impressive specs is the 6 GB RAM, coming along with 64 GB storage and a microSD slot.

A dual camera setup is located on the back with a fingerprint scanner keeping company below it. Both sensors are 13 MP with f/2.0 lens, PDAF, and there is a dual-LED flash. The OS running on the Play 6 is Android Nougat 7.1.1. The device will rely on 4,060 mAh battery capacity to take you through the day.

The expected price of the phone is around INR15,000 or around $235.
